Community: How to confirm presale tickets not yet received

Got my friday night Beacon tickets from Ticketmaster in the mail long ago, no sign of the Thursday night tickets I got in the presale. I can't find the confirmation email, but I do have the printed confirmation page from the ticket order. How can I check on the status of my order?
