Community: ticket purchase

Just purchased tickets for the Seattle show from tickets.com. Most frustrating experience! Couldn't complete the order online after trying 5 times, so I called on the phone. Dealt with a reced message and after 15 frustrating minutes I did get my tickets. Must be a better way!
